Formulated with Lemon Essential Oil in Grape-seed base oil — suitable for safe use after 10+ weeks pregnancy, in line with NAHA guidelines.
How to Use
- Always shake the bottle well before use — to ensure synergy between oils.
- Apply to inner wrists and along the clavicle (collarbone).
- Allows for aromatherapy effect (via olfactory system + skin absorption).
- Best applied once in the morning after shower, or as needed for acute symptoms (max 1–2 times per day).
- External use only — do not ingest.
- Inhale gently & relax.

Please note that differnt % dillution are used in our blends to be used for each age-group, e.g for Adult 3% dillution, Teenages 2% dillution, - only to be used on the body, NOT on the face as skin in this area is too delicate. For pregnancy we use between 1 - 2%
