Formulated with Bergamot, Petitgrain & Neroli Essential Oils in Grape-seed base oil — suitable for safe use during the third trimester (24+ weeks), in line with NAHA guidelines.
How to Use
- Always shake the bottle well before use — synergy between oils is essential.
- Apply to inner wrists and along the clavicle (collarbone).
- Inhale gently — oils influence Limbic System & Frontal Cortex.
- Best applied once in the morning or as needed for acute symptoms (max 1–2 times/day).
- External use only — do not ingest.

Contraindications & Safety
- Bergamot: Phototoxic — avoid sun exposure for at least 20 hours after application.
- Petitgrain: No known contraindication.
- Neroli: No known contraindication.
- Do not use on children.

Petitgrain (Citrus aurantium)
- Properties: Relaxing, harmonising, stabilising.
- Actions: Antiseptic, antispasmodic, nervine, tonic.
- Chinese Medicine Function: Activate Qi, clear heat, calm spirit.
Neroli (Citrus aurantium var. amara)
- Properties: Uplifting, relaxing, harmonising.
- Actions: Antidepressant, antibacterial, antispasmodic, antiviral, aphrodisiac, sedative, tonic.
- Chinese Medicine Function: Regulate Qi, settle the Heart, harmonize spirit.
Base Oil: Grape-seed oil.
When rolling essential oil blends in through the skin at the pulse points on the body, their healing components are absorbed into the bloodstream. Please note that differnt % dillution are used in our blends to be used for each age-group, e.g for Adult 3% dillution, Teenages 2% dillution, - only to be used on the body, NOT on the face as skin in this area is too delicate. For pregnancy we use between 1 - 2%
