Our Water 5 Element Essential Oil Balm Blend is specially formulated for practitioners to use with patients diagnosed with Water Element imbalances.
Designed to complement acupuncture protocols, this blend helps:
- Clear Kidney heat & nourish Kidney Yin
- Strengthen Kidney Qi & fortify Yang
- Calm Shen agitation, reduce fearfulness & anxiety
- Balance strengths (intuition, flexibility) & weaknesses (passivity, insecurity)
Patient Use:
- Safe for home use with guidance from acupuncturist.
How to Use
- Keep in fridge for best results (formula is soft & may melt at room temp).
- Apply a small amount to source acupuncture points on the selected meridians, or along any tender areas on these channels — a little goes a long way.
- External use only — do not ingest
- Keep away from eyes.

- Soothing, calming, harmonising.
- Chinese function: activates Qi, nourishes Yin, clears heat, calms spirit.
Neroli (Citrus aurantium dulcis)
- Uplifting, relaxing, harmonising.
- Chinese function: regulates Qi, settles Heart, harmonises spirit.
Rose Geranium (Pelargonium graveolens)
- Harmonising, nurturing, restoring.
- Chinese function: nourishes Blood & Yin, harmonises Heart & spirit.
Sandalwood Amyris (Amyris balsamifera)
- Relaxing, centring, stabilising.
- Chinese function: nourishes Yin, resolves damp, calms spirit.
Plant-Based Base:
- Cocoa Butter — Absorbs quickly into top layer of skin, beneficial for dry cracked skin. Treats and prevents stretch marks, helps improve skin elasticity. Anti-inflammatory & antioxidant properties.
- Mango Butter — excellent emollient, reported to reduce wrinkles and other signs of ageing. Rich in vitamin E. Antioxidant and rejuvenating activities which can help restore the impaired barrier function of the skin.
- Berry Wax & Myrica Fruit Wax — imparts a nice skin feel to balms, adds texture, body (without greasiness).
- Sweet Almond Oil — able to form a protective layer over the skin, helping to retain moisture and prevent trans epidermal water loss.
- Vitamin E — protects healthy cells from damage by free radicals
