Our specially formulated "Anxiety & Stress Release" Rescue Roller-Ball blend of Clary Sage, Cedarwood Atlas , Lime, Rosemary & Patchouli: Is a easy to use bottle, just pop into your coat pocket or handbag and you can use it at any time. Its the perfect way of calming down the emotions if your starting to stress out and get anxious.
We have blended together 5 different essential oils using their unique synergies to help with calming symptoms of stress & anxiety that can happen in the body: A few emotions you might be feeling when this happens are:
A sense of doom, panic attacks, breathing problems, upset stomach, pounding heart, increase in blood pressure, extreme fatique, irratability, headaches, aches & pains increase, depression & loss of libido.
These feeling can be dibilitating, so having a rescue remedy at your finger tips can help by reducing the effects of hormone spikes from adrenaline & cortisol. Balancing them back out so you can breath calmly and carry on with your day.
When rolling essential oil blends in through the skin at the pulse points on the body, their healing components are absorbed into the bloodstream. From there they disperse to the specific organs and systems on which they work. Some of the essential oils’ components, carried via the bloodstream, can also pass through the blood-brain barrier to the limbic system in the brain, where they can influence the endocrine and autonomic nervous systems.
We use essential oils medicinally to improve the health of the body, mind, and spirit. As it enhances both the physical and emotional body.
Please note that differnt % dillution are used in our blends to be used for each age-group, e.g for Adult 3% dillution, Teenages 2% dillution, - only to be used on the body, NOT on the face as skin in this area is too delicate.
If you would like a blend for a Child please contact us and we can make a specific safe blend to your childs needs, as childrens skin is very delicate and due to there body weight/size we have to be very careful when appling essential oils....as many are contra-indicated due to toxicity in children.

Essential oils used in this Blend :
Clary Sage:
- Properties: Calming, relaxing, grounding, strengthening & euphoric, balancing
- Actions: Antidepressant, adeodorant, depurative, hypotensive, nervine, stimulant (hepatobiliary, adrenocortical glands, circulation), tonic (nerve & general)
- Nervous System - Depression, frigidity, migraine, nervous tension & stress related disorders.
- Chinese medicine function: To nourish the Blood, Blood and Qi, and harmonize the spirit.
- Contra Indications = Do not use before or after alcohol as increases effects of drunkenness. Do not use during pregnancy,
Cedar Wood Atlas:
- Properties: Centring, stabilizing, strengthening, relaxing. A good relaxant and anti-inflammatory effects.
- Actions: Aaphrodisiac, calminative, sedative (nervous system & skin) tonic.
- Nervous System – Nervous tension & stress-related conditions.
- Chinese medicine function: To nourish the Yin, resolve damp and calm the spirit.
- Pharmacology: Atlas cedarwood is well-balanced among sesquiterpenes, sesquiterpenols and sesquiterpenones, which have shown good relaxant and anti-inflammatory effects.
- Contra Indications = Not to be used during Pregnancy.
Lime:
- Properties: Uplifting, relaxing, cooling.
- Actions: Restorative, tonic.
- Chinese medicine function: To activate the Qi, clear heat and calm the spirit
- Contra Indications = No known contraindications.
Rosemary:
- Properties: Stimulating, warming, uplifting.
- Actions: Analgesic, cephalic, stimulant, tonic, uplifting.
- Nervous System - Debility, mental fatique, nervous exhaustion & stress related disorders.
- Chinese medicine function: To tonify the Qi, raise Yang Qi and strengthen the spirit.
- Contra Indications = not recommended during pregnancy, or if you have epilepsy or high blood pressure.
Patchouli:
- Properties: Stabilizing, centering, calming.
- Actions: Antidepressant, sedative, stimulant, tonic, uplifting.
- Chinese medicine function: To nourish the Yin, resolve damp and calm the spirit.
- Contra Indications = should be used in low concentrations since it may cause phototoxicity if used on the skin.
