Bergamot

Properties: Balancing, uplifting and gently warming. protective of nerve cells and generally balancing to the nervous system. It is bivalently able to relax in tense conditions, and stimulate in weak conditions.

Contra Indications = is phototoxic if used on the skin and may cause sensitivity to sunlight, including sunbed tanning, for at least 20 hours after applying Bergamot oil on the skin. Do not use on children.
