Our "Sweet Dreams" 10ml Bottles are filled with our specially blended Essential oil recipe.
We have created a lovely aroma to help you relax at a deep level. Allowing the body too relax that ever chattering mind,  inducing natural seratonins that calm the heart/shen and get you into a serene place... this allow sleep to happen naturally. 
 
Candle Blend Ingredients of:
Ylang Ylang, Sandlewood, Lavender, Bergamot, Neroli, Chamomile & Vertiver Blend  of Pure Essential Oils, mixed into a 10ml amber bottle. For use in Room diffusers, Oil burners, pour couple of drops onto a hanky to smell during the day, or mix with and essential oil base for a body massage oil when you get home.
 
Smells Like: A warm floral scent which is both balancing, uplifting & soothing at the same time, Envokes memories of fresh laundered bed-sheets to cuddle up too.

    If there are any contra indications in this blend please do not purchase, please contact us directly by email or Telephone and we can get you to submit answers to a health questionaire, and medication presently taking...so we can decide which oils would be more suitable for your health condition and wont interfere with prescription medications...Then we can make a specific blend just for you.     Essential Oil Properties in this Blend

    Ylang Ylang:

    • Properties: Relaxing, euphoric, sensualising.
    • Contra Indications = Use in moderation, since it’s a heady scent can cause headaches or nausea.

    Sandlewood:

    • Properties: Relaxing, stabilizing, centering, sensualising.
    • Contra Indications = No known contraindications. 

    Lavender: 

    • Properties: Soothing, calming, harmonizing, relaxing.
    • Contra Indications = None

    Bergamot :

    • Properties: Balancing, uplifting and gently warming. protective of nerve cells and generally balancing to the nervous system. It is bivalently able to relax in tense conditions, and stimulate in weak conditions.
    • Contra Indications = is phototoxic if used on the skin and may cause sensitivity to sunlight,including sunbed tanning, for at least 20 hours after applying Bergamot oil on the skin. Do not use on children.

    Neroli :

    • Properties  - : Uplifting, relaxing, harmonizing.
    • Contra Indications = No known contraindications.

    Chamomile Roman:

    • Properties: Calming, cooling, harmonizing. Helps in Diabetes by effecting blood sugar levels ( monitor in order to avoid hypoglycaemic events), Circulation, Premature ejaculation.
    • Contra Indications = Stop using 2 weeks prior to any surgery as it may affect blood glucose levels during and post procedure

    Vertiver:

    • Properties: Deeply relaxing, Calming, Grounding, Cooling, Nurturing.
    • Contra Indications = No known contraindications.

    If your package arrived damaged. Please take a photo how it arrived and send by email, so we can show to our postal company.

    You will need to pay the return postage fee. We will accept the returns package only if it has not been used,
