Weakness: Self-indulgent, passive, dependent, indecisive and anxious.
If Sedation is needed
Chinese Medicine functions: Sedates the Water Element by clearing Kidney heat, nourishing Kidney Yin and calming the Shen
Indications: Water Element excess with Kidney Yang excess or Kidney Yin deficiency with Shen agitation.
Symptoms: Heat, esp. with nervous tension, mental restlessness, anxiety, fearfulness, hypermotivation, recklessness; erratic energy, excessive libido.
If Tonification needed
Chinese Medicine functions: Supports the Water Element by tonifying the Kidney, fortifying the Yang and strenthening the Shen.
Indications: Water deficiency with Kidney Qi and Yang deficiency, and Shen weakness.
Symptoms: Mental apathy, insecurity, timidity, apprehension, fearfulness; loss of stamina, fatigue, low-back aches, weakness.
