That helps to open up the breath and to reach connection with your higher self, yet keeping you grounded and present in the physical. While breathing in the essential oils aroma while meditating, is thought to help strengthen and balance your practice.
These essential oil blend can also suitable in use in other practices – e.g. Yoga, Qi Gong, Mindfulness & Breath-work therapies e.g.. Promotes free flow Qi (pro-noused Chi) energy into the whole body and infuses the connection between Heaven & Earth, enriching your understanding while deepening your practices.
Essential Oil Blend Ingredients of:
Ylang Ylang, Sandlewood, Lavender, Lemon, Frankincense, Peppermint & Clary Sage Blend of Pure Essential Oils, mixed into a 10ml amber bottle. For use in Room diffusers, Oil burners, pour couple of drops onto a hanky to smell during the day, or mix with and essential oil base for a body massage oil when you get home.
Smells Like: Fresh scent, Purifying, Balancing & Uplifting. Evoking memories of the fragrances of an old Buddhist temple.

Essential Oil properties of this blend:
Ylang Ylang
- Properties: Relaxing, euphoric, sensualising.
- Contra Indications = Use in moderation, since it’s a heady scent can cause headaches or nausea.
Sandlewood Amyris:
- Properties: Relaxing, stabilizing, centering, sensualising.
- Contra Indications = No known contraindications.
Lavender:
- Properties: Soothing, calming, harmonizing, relaxing.
- Contra Indications = None
Lemon:
- Properties: Stimulating, awakening, clarifying, uplifting. Contra Indications = is phototoxic and may cause sensitivity to sunlight if used on the skin, may irritate skin and thus used in low concentrations.
Frankincense:
- Properties: Uplifting, restoring, centering.
- Contra Indications = No known contraindications.
Peppermint:
- Properties: Stimulating, uplifting, invigorating & energizing.
- Contra Indications = Incompatible when taking homeopathic treatments as counteracts the effects. Not to be taken late in the day/evening by insomniacs since it refreshes the mind, waking you up.
Clary Sage:
- Properties: Calming, relaxing, grounding, strengthening & euphoric, balancing. Contra Indications = Do not use before or after alcohol as increases effects of drunkenness. Do not use during pregnancy
