Baby massage offers a wonderful opportunity to experience how to connect with your baby through nurturing touch and massage strokes. The IAIM (International Association of Infant Massage) Course is a 4 week program where you will learn to massage your baby, follow babies cues, meet new parents, discuss topics, enjoy bonding with your baby.
The class is baby led so when baby needs to feed, sleep,changing or to have a cuddle that’s absolutely fine.

IAIM infant massage course can have many benefits: Helps bonding, Promotes relaxation, Relieves colic, constipation and wind, Improves sleep, Develop awareness.

Baby Massage uses a combination of Indian & Swedish Massage, Reflexology & Baby Yoga. Selina will be taking the class and will guide you using a doll and only you will massage your baby.

This class is open to both parents or babies primary carers. Limited spaces to 10 babies and their families per class group.


Is an ancient branch of Chinese medicine designed to unblock, free and balance qi (pronounced chi). As a form of gentle exercise, qigong is composed of movements that are typically repeated, strengthening and stretching the body, increasing fluid movement (blood, synovial, and lymph), enhancing balance and proprioception, and improving the awareness of how the body moves through space. A key point in Qi Gong practice is relaxation and deep breathing, both of which are prerequisites to allow Qi to flow.
Qi Gong is easy to learn and enjoyable to do. Even a few minutes of practise can have an invigorating and rejuvenating effect. You learn to project energy from youir hands, voice and eyes to facilitate healing.
Its ability to help in healing a large variety of chronic and acute injuries and illnesses has been the subject of various research programmes led by the Chinese medical authorities.


Family constellations are a therapeutic approach designed to help reveal the hidden dynamics in a family or relationship in order to address any stressors impacting these relationships and heal them.
A family constellations session typically takes place in a workshop made up of a group of individuals who are not related. Members of the group stand in for family members of the person or couple presenting a difficulty or concern. The person seeking resolution of an issue, who is referred to as the seeker, or the group facilitator chooses these representatives and places them into position as members of the individual's family, also choosing one person to take the place of the seeker in order to complete the family dynamic. The use of other individuals to represent the family is believed to illuminate the disharmony within the family, and the individuals standing in as members of the family are believed to be able to feel and experience the emotions of the person whose role they have taken on. Hellinger, the developer of family constellations, calls this sense of connectedness, which is felt telepathically by members of the group, the morphogenic field. 
Although the representatives speak very little, the sense of knowing believed to result from the process is said to be apparent to all who participate. The seeker watches from the outside to gain new perspective on the situation.
Even when an issue is not fully resolved by the constellation process, the individual who presented the issue may still achieve insight into the issue for which they are seeking help.
Issues Treated with Family Constellations:
Family constellations work is considered most effective in addressing concerns that are systemic in nature. These concerns might include family of origin issues, parent-child relationship difficulties, and intimate relationship challenges. 
It may be used as a potential therapy method for people whom: Are seeking to address negative or harmful relationship patterns. Want to be in a romantic relationship. Are attempting to resolve family entanglements. Want to overcome inner turmoil. Have experienced significant trauma or loss, or are in search of personal and professional success.


The Kinesiology workshop is suitable as a taster session if you are interested in health and don't know where to begin. You will learn simple kinesiology techniques to improve health and wellbeing. You can try these techniques & many more on friends and family to help be more confident.
You will learn 3 muscle-balancing techniques:
Supraspinatus – Central Brain meridian
PMC – Stomach meridian
Latissimus Dorsi – Spleen/Pancreas meridian. 
You will learn a wonderful technique to relieve stress, also work with balanced affirmations to be who you want to be - achieve what you want. In the workshop you will learn the importance of water and the effects of dehydration on body and mind.
Learning techniques to improve learning and gain confidence in practicing the 10min cross crawl essential daily activity to strengthen the connection between the right and left sides of your brain.


Mindfulness is a way of paying attention, staying present and responding skilfully to what’s happening in our lives. It helps people manage their thoughts, feelings, behaviours and relationships with awareness and compassion, leading to greater well-being and appreciation, as well as more choice in how to meet challenges. Mindfulness is cultivated by a exploring a range of simple meditation practices and approaches to living, as taught on our courses.
The course teaches you how to cultivate awareness and be less caught up in automatic thoughts, feelings and behaviour patterns. Participants learn exercises of paying attention to the present moment by using techniques like meditation which can transform daily life, including sitting meditation, breath work, body scanning and mindful movement, sometime including yoga stretches.
An extensive body of clinical research has consistently shown that this approach to teaching mindfulness is helpful for working with a wide range of conditions, including reducing stress, optimising well-being, and a decrease in aches and pains. It is now taught widely in healthcare, education, workplaces and other settings.


This course will open up your understanding of nutrition and the connection to the health of your body.

Our series of workshops follow a relaxed format that is informal but structured, in an easy to understand way that is fun, interesting and more importantly, empowering, so you can come away feeling equipped with the knowledge to start making improvements to your health.

What you put inside your body is crucial to your health. We provide an introduction to the world of nutrition and explain why it is so important. We will demystify common food sensitivities as well as popular diets. We will also reveal the keys to weight loss and how to avoid and/or manage type 2 diabetes. You will learn life-changing information about the basic nutrients and how they affect you, as well as an understanding of the issues caused by poor nutrition and what to do about them. Getting your nutrition right is possibly the single most influential factor on your health. You will be ready to start making positive changes as soon as you get home.

Don’t underestimate the importance of a healthy tummy. We cover a vast range of topics from food intolerances, indigestion and IBS to Crohn’s, constipation and leaky gut syndrome. You will learn about good and bad influences on your gut and we will explore the minefield of wheat and gluten. You will also learn how your emotions affect your tummy. You will come away with a broad knowledge of the importance of the gut; an understanding of the different conditions and how they affect health and, most importantly, the solutions to common gut issues, which will help you, make significant improvements. We will discuss how to detox safely, coffee enemas and the importance of sweating regularly and the use of infrared saunas. Which foods to add to your diet, avoid or limit depending on your food allergies or gut issues. Which supplements, vitamins and antioxidants are of benefit for healing, maintenance and building immunity?

We look at conditions associated with age such as arthritis, cancer, dementia, balance and mobility. Then we reveal the solutions to how we can best avoid these types of illness so we can enjoy a better, fitter and healthier old age. There will also be a chance to select diet sheets for different health conditions, and an understanding of what different diets do and when to use e.g. Gaps, Low Keto, Paleo  FODMAP.

On this course she will guide and support your weight loss journey and help you sustain that weight loss while being healthy, respectful and loving to yourself physically and emotionally.

In this workshop she will discuss the effects of chronic dieting, binge eating, and disordered eating. Empower good body image and embodiment. She will show you the tools of how to release toxic thoughts & stress on the body and how to lose weight without dieting. You will also learn about food quality and ingredients in food, and the macronutrient balance of each meal.

“How I healed from Terminal Cancer”.

She discusses how the fear surrounding cancer is very real and very sobering, especially when you're faced with a diagnosis. “When Doctor's and medical practitioners told me differently, I trusted my bodies wisdom which at no stage said I was going to die”.

Through Jem’s journey she explains how she doesn’t believe it's very healthy to allow that fear into your body. “If you feel it rising within you, which it inevitably will, find a way to release that as quickly and effortlessly as possible. Feel it, acknowledge it and let it pass through you”.

 She set about reframing and shifting her focus away from the fear of the disease. She researched and worked with her body, she used holistic methods such as nutrition, diet change, detoxing and adding supplements alongside the medical treatments she was offered to stabilise her.

How working on strengthening her inner core by journaling, meditation, yoga chanting, gratitude practice and prayer, to raise her vibration and energy to that higher than cancer. She will discuss how she worked on her self-belief, from when everything was telling her it was hopeless - too one of absolute happiness to be alive.

Listen how she discusses becoming an empowered patient, by asking lots questions and taking responsibility for her own healing and using the knowledge of all the medical practitioners to enhance that.

She will discuss how after really looking deep within and changing her life to a state of happiness and positive belief – she heard those beautiful words from her oncologist “There is nothing we can detect as disease in your scans"...they were closely followed by 'Whatever you're doing, keep doing it.'  There was the recognition that this outcome was not from medical intervention alone.
